Welcome Marjana

Marjana Yeasmin has joined us in the Soil Chemistry group for the next month from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Marjana Yeasmin

We are pleased to welcome Marjana Yeasmin to the Soil Chemistry group for a visit in our laboratory. Marjana is a postdoctoral researcher at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Marjana is investigating the complex dynamics of plant-mediated mineral transformations, specifically how these processes impact arsenic-iron phases in contaminated environments. By exploring the interactions between plant roots and soil minerals, she aims to uncover the mechanisms that mitigate arsenic contamination. Her work enhances our understanding of environmental toxicity and contributes to the development of sustainable remediation strategies.

Welcome Marjana!
